The GE Mark VI Speedtronic turbine control system is the current control system for GE turbines. It is a complete integrated control system with protection and monitoring functions, suitable for generator and mechanical drive applications of gas and steam turbines. The signal flow starts from the sensor connected to the terminal strip on the board. There are two types of boards to choose from. The T-shaped board consists of two 24 point, barrier type, detachable, and wiring terminals. Each point can accept two 3.0 mm2 (# 12AWG) wires with 300 V insulation at each point, with shovel or ring lugs. In addition, the prisoners provided clips for terminating the bare wires. The two versions of the board are H1 and H3. H1 single board has fixed terminal blocks; The H3 board has fixed terminals and a movable terminal block. The H2 version can be used to install custom blocks such as spring cages or insulation displacements. The S-shaped board has a box type terminal block that accepts one 3.0 mm2 (# 12AWG) wire or two 2.0 mm2 (# 14AWG) wires with 300V insulation at each point. The screw spacing is 5.08 mm (0.2 inches), with the center to center. A shielding strip is provided on the left side of each block. It can be directly grounded or floating with the metal base to allow individual grounding wires to be wired from each board to a centralized cabinet grounding strip
