IC695STK001 Mark V GE TC/DC 2000 AC to DC Converter BoardThe IC695STK001 is designed as a component of the GE EX2100 excitation control module. This module provides excitation current for the generator (gas/steam/hydraulic) as a way to control its AC terminal voltage and reactive volt-ampere. The modular design of EX2100 makes it easy to create systems that are suitable for users, whether they need to extract from composite, potential, or auxiliary sources, or require single or redundant control. All options can use EX2100. The IC695STK001 board is no longer manufactured by GE, but can be purchased through AX Control as a refurbishment/repair unit or as an unused clearing component.IC695STK001 is used as an AC/DC converter. It is powered by a 115 V AC power supply and then converted into a 125 V DC output by circuit board components. The board and its corresponding battery power supply can also provide redundant VDC power for the EPDM power board. If redundancy is required, two DACA boards can be connected to one EPDM.The publications (data sheets, user guides, product manuals) initially purchased with OEM and provided to end users will provide a more detailed description of the IC695STK001 hardware, its proper handling, and installation procedures.
