The IS200EPCTG1A I/O Terminal Board is an Excitation PT/CT (EPCT) terminal board manufactured and designed by General Electric (GE) as part of the EX2100 Series used in the GE Excitation Control System. It contains isolation transformers for critical generator voltage and current measurements.

The EPCT terminal board has two 3-phase generator potential transformer (PT) voltage inputs and two generators’ current transformer (CT) inputs, with current levels of 1 A or 5 A. The PT and CT inputs are isolated from each other and from the ground to protect the terminal board from damage in the event of a fault.

The EPCT terminal board also has a number of other features, including:

• A built-in test switch that allows you to test the isolation transformers
• A status LED that indicates the status of the terminal board
• A terminal block for connecting the PT and CT inputs
• A terminal block for connecting the excitation control system
