The DS200ACNAG1ACC is a very small daughterboard that has a total of three communication ports on the top side. The far-left port is an EBNC port that isn’t often used. Next to the EBNC are the ARCBNC-B and ARCBNC-A ports. These two ports are connections to the ARCNET. On the bottom of the board are three pin connectors. The first pin connector is a 2-pin 2PL jack. In the center of the bottom edge is the 10-pin APL jack. Next to the APL is a 9-pin EPL jack that is also not used very often.

Product Introduction

The DS200ACNAG1ACC is a GE Mark V component that functions as an Attached Resource Computer Network Card, or ARCNET. The Mark V is a gas/steam turbine management system developed by GE in the 1990s as part of their successful Speedtronic line. While Speedtronic systems have been managing heavy-duty turbines since the 1960s, significant advancements in technology allowed the MKV to have features like on-line repair of its triple-redundant controllers, full turbine-generator monitoring, digital valve positioning, and enhanced diagnostics that help technicians isolate a fault to the card level.

Very few components are located on the DS200ACNAG1ACC, as it is a small board. Board components include three capacitors that are marked as C1, C2 and C3, four resistors made of metal film marked R1, R2, R3 and R4, a single diode, and two relays. Each relay has a printed relay diagram on one surface. The board also includes two factory-made openings that have metal rings inserted inside. These openings have been marked as GND1 and GND2.

The DS200ACNAG1ACC has two BNC plugs located along the top edge. These are right-angled female plugs and are designed to accept LAN coaxial cables. The board also has one vertical pin (6-pin) male terminal connector located in its center.
