The PXIE-5160 high-speed oscilloscope device has two or four channels, a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GS/s, and provides flexible coupling, voltage range, and filtering settings. The PXI oscilloscope also has multiple triggering modes, high-capacity onboard memory, and an instrument driver program that includes data streams and analysis functions. This device is highly suitable for high-speed signal applications that require up to 500 MHz analog bandwidth and flexible measurement configurations. PXIE-5160 also has high-precision trigger circuits and PXI synchronization and data flow functions. Some models also support CableSense ™ Technology, which can detect and locate signal path faults, changes, or discontinuities.
