SCXI-1125 is an arbitrary waveform generator device from National Instruments (NI) in the United States. This device offers three different versions of options, with the main difference being the size of its onboard memory. Specifically, part number 778692-01 has 8MB of onboard memory, part number 778692-02 has 32MB of onboard memory, and part number 778692-03 has 256MB of onboard memory.
The main function of SCXI-1125 is to generate any user-defined waveform. This means that users can customize waveforms and store them in the onboard memory of the device, and the device will generate corresponding waveforms based on these definitions. In addition, it can also generate standard sine, slope, triangular, and square wave signals to meet various testing and application requirements.
In order to accurately generate waveforms, direct digital frequency synthesis (DSS) technology was adopted. This technology ensures that the generated waveform has a high degree of accuracy and stability.
