GE Multilin Motor Manager II (MMII) is a motor management system manufactured by GE Multilin for the management and protection of low-voltage motors. The system integrates control and motor protection functions, providing a compact solution to replace discrete devices in traditional low-voltage motor control centers (MCC).
Functional and technical parameters
Control and protection functions:
Control function: MMII provides process control, automatic restart, diagnosis and other functions.
Protection features: include overload protection, unbalanced phase protection, contactor fault protection, rotor locking and/or stalling protection. In addition, it provides generator stator differential protection, 100% stator ground protection, loss of field protection, distance backup protection, reverse power protection, overexcitation protection and ground direction overcurrent protection.
Technical parameters:
Supply voltage: Supports AC supply voltages from 80 to 135 volts and can handle CT voltages up to 50 amps (including 5 amps phase-line current and 5 amps ground current).
Maximum contact current: 150 mA continuous current and a three-cycle maximum of 12 amps.
Communication function: Supports RS-232/485 communication and comes with a variety of accessories, including MM2PC software package, RS-232 to RS485 converter box, 5A and 1A phase ammeter.
Installation mode: Panel installation, with display function.
Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature range is 0°C to 60°C, dust and moisture classification is NEMA Type 12 and IEC IP53.
Application field:
Mainly used in low voltage motor control center, suitable for pumps, fans, compressors, mills, shredders, extruders, barkers, refiners, cranes, conveyors, coolers, crushers and blowers and other equipment.
