The 330180-90-00 system is our advanced eddy current sensor system, 100% compliant with the 670 standard (4th edition) established by the American Petroleum Institute (API) for this type of sensor. All eddy current sensor systems can meet the specified performance standards, and the probes, extension cables, and proximitors are interchangeable without the need for separate matching components or workbench calibration.
Each component of the 330180-90-00 sensor system is backward compatible and interchangeable with other series of 5mm and 8mm sensor system components. For example, when there is not enough space to install an 8mm probe, a 3300 5mm probe is usually used instead

The SpringLoc terminal strip for 330180-90-00 can be tightened without the need for special installation tools. Due to the absence of screws for fastening, there will be no looseness, making the connection more sturdy.
330180-90-00 performs certain functions shared across the entire rack; However, TDI is not a critical monitoring channel and will not affect the correct and normal performance of the entire monitoring system. Each rack requires a TDI or RIM. TDI only occupies one slot in the rack and is always located in slot 1 (near the power supply).
