The measurement principle of the P0922UA FBM203b series current meter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. The measuring tube of the flowmeter is a non magnetic alloy short tube lined with insulating material. Two electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube by passing through the tube wall along the diameter direction. The electrode head is basically flush with the inner surface of the lining. When measuring flow rate, the liquid flows through a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of flow, and the flow of conductive liquid induces a voltage proportional to the average flow rate (i.e. volumetric flow rate). The induced voltage signal is detected by two electrodes in direct contact with the liquid, and transmitted to the amplifier through a cable, which is then converted into a unified output signal.

There are no movable components or flow blocking components inside the pipeline, and there is almost no additional pressure loss during measurement. Suitable for measuring media such as mud, pulp, mineral pulp, sewage, etc. containing solid particles, fibers, suspended solids, etc. It is not affected by changes in temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and conductivity (not less than the minimum conductivity). The outer shell and flange of the sensor are made of carbon steel or stainless steel materials, and there are various materials to choose from for the electrodes and lining, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life. Easy to operate and set, with intuitive settings through the keyboard on the panel. On site, the range can be modified online according to the actual needs of the user.
