The 760-P5-S5-LO-A5-G-T distribution feeder protection relay is a low control power model of this series, with a control power range of 88 to 300 VDC, 70 to 265 VAC, and a frequency of 48 to 62 Hz. This relay excels in protecting and managing distribution feeder systems, equipped with many protection functions to reduce system downtime and maintain component health:
Reclosing: Unique to the 760 series, this model can disconnect circuits or lines when overcurrent such as short circuits are detected. Then, the recloser can automatically evaluate whether the system condition is healthy again, reclose the circuit to restore normal function, or keep the circuit open if the system health condition is not restored.
Neutral line and phase direction control: This function can protect the system from the influence of phase to phase and phase to ground short circuits, and provide comprehensive selectivity. When the relay trips and needs to be limited in one direction, the directional overcurrent relay can shield multiple source feeders.
Bus conversion: This function can convert the load bus into a backup power supply in the event of a normal power supply failure, and help maintain the operation process.
Reverse power detection: When the power flow direction is unexpected, 760-P5-S5-LO-A5-G-T can issue a trip or alarm. This feature helps eliminate commonly used auxiliary devices.
