The National Instruments PXIe-4137 is a high-performance, PXI Express source measure unit (SMU) that combines high-accuracy sourcing and measuring capabilities with features designed to minimize test time and increase flexibility. It delivers up to 20 A of DC current and 40 V of DC voltage, with a maximum power output of 500 W. It also features four 20 A, 40 V independent channels, which can be used for sourcing, sinking, or measuring current and voltage.
