The PXIE-4138 system source measurement unit (SMU) has advantages such as high power, high precision, and high speed, and adopts a four quadrant operating mode. This module supports direct DMA data flow between the upper computer and SMU, allowing you to read and write large amounts of waveform and measurement data at the maximum update rate and sampling rate of the instrument. PXIE-4138 is an ideal choice for many applications, including laboratory characteristic analysis, manufacturing testing, and board level testing of devices such as integrated circuits (ICs), power management integrated circuits (PMICs), and radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs), as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers.
