The Allen-Bradley 4301-MBP-DFCM is an inRAx module from ProSoft Technology, an Allen-Bradley
encompass partner company. This module is specifically a Modbus Master/Slave Network Interface Module, used with SLC 5/02 M0/M1 capable processors or later models.
The 4301-MBP-DFCM is a single slot module that directly installs to a 1746 backplane. This module receives avalid configuration when installd to the local rack or extension rack. It does not support installation to a remote I/0 rack. It comes with One (1) RJ45 debug and configuration port and supplied with a DB-9M cable and operates using RS-232 standard only. It also has Two (2) RJ45 RS-232/422/485 Application combo ports. Additionally, the 4301-MBP-DFCM is equipped with Module status, Backplane transfer status, Application status, Serial activity and error status LED.
